1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the MTO Bases website (mtobases.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
2. Products and Use
All products supplied by MTO Bases are intended for topical/cosmetic use only. They are not TGA-registered therapeutic goods. No therapeutic claims are made or implied. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Labelling Responsibility
When you apply your own branding to MTO Bases products, you become the Responsible Person for that product under Australian cosmetic regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your labels comply with the requirements of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019 and any applicable NICNAS/AICIS requirements, including correct INCI lists, allergen declarations, net weight, and responsible person details.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product formulations, is the intellectual property of Reni Brands and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reni Brands is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
