Phototoxicity Warning: Lemon Essential Oil is cold-pressed and contains naturally occurring furanocoumarins (bergapten). This oil is phototoxic — it should be used at concentrations below 2% in leave-on products and avoided in products intended for use prior to sun exposure. Avoid applying to skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight or UV light within 12–18 hours of use. Comply with IFRA Standard 51 for citrus bergapten materials. For cosmetic use only. Not a therapeutic product.
